Our Favorite Holiday Decorations: A Peek into Our Designer's Homes

It’s the holiday season, and at HSH Collective Home and Design, we're all about transforming our spaces into a winter wonderland. Our talented team of designers are giving you an exclusive peek into their uniquely styled homes for the holidays.

Jessica's Classic Christmas: A Timeless Tradition

Jessica, the visionary behind HSH Collective, is known for her impeccable taste when it comes to classic interior design. Her home is like stepping into a Hallmark movie, complete with heirloom decorations, vintage collectibles, a classic color palette, and timeless holiday traditions.

Antiques and Vintage Finds: Jessica's home year-round is adorned with antique finds across the globe, and during the holidays, her collection grows through antique ornaments, heirloom decorations, and vintage collectibles.

Her favorite has to be three porcelain angels playing instruments that were passed down from her great-grandmother. She adds them to her kitchen windowsill for a sense of nostalgia for the space. Not to mention, the different ornaments she collects during her worldwide travels with family, and the quirky handmade ornaments her son has crafted over the years.

Traditional Reds and Greens: The classic color palette of reds and greens dominates Jessica's holiday decor. From the rich red velvet ribbons to the lush greenery found in her front door wreath, her home exudes the quintessential holiday spirit that looks like a movie set.

Handcrafted Elegance: Jessica takes pride in all of her traditions including handcrafting many of her decorations! Her dining table is adorned with intricately designed handmade place cards and centerpieces that reflect her dedication to detail and add that personal touch to her home.

Kiera's Modern Elegance: A Holiday Minimalist's Dream

Kiera, our Lead Design Assistant, keeps it sleek, chic, and oh-so-sophisticated. Say goodbye to bold reds and greens, and hello to neutral tones, soft whites, and muted earthy colors.

She not only reflects this in her own home but also in her interior design projects. For her, the holidays are all about celebrating the seasonal spirit with simplicity, natural beauty, and a modern touch.

Neutral Tones and Colors: In Kiera's home, you won't find bold reds or greens. Instead, she embraces neutral tones like soft whites and muted earthy colors.

Kiera incorporates plush throw blankets, cushions, and stockings in subtle off-white shades, evoking a sense of warmth and comfort, and natural textures with branches, woven baskets, and even textured wrapping paper to add an earthy charm to her home.

Real Garland and Nature's Touch: Kiera prefers real garlands made from evergreen branches, which fill her home with the fresh scent of fir and pine. She adds this all over her home from on top of the mantle, across window panes, and for her centerpiece.

She also uses other natural elements like pinecones, birchwood, oh and one of our favorites, dehydrated oranges for an authentic touch.

Abundant Natural Lighting: Kiera's home features large windows that allow ample natural light to flood in. During the day, her decorations sparkle in the sunlight, and as night falls, the ambiance transforms with her soft lighting fixtures taking center stage, casting a warm and enchanting aura.

Bridgette's Coastal Chic: A Seaside Celebration

Bridgette, our Lead Rental Designer, finds her inspiration for the holidays in local pieces of the beach and ocean. Her holiday home reflects the coastal chic, Florida style with a hint of nautical charm.

Beachy Blues and Coastal Whites: You'll discover a refreshing color palette of beachy blues and coastal whites throughout Bridgette's coastal retreat.

Imagine stepping home, greeted by walls adorned in crisp whites mirroring the frothy waves with touches of serene blues reminiscent of the ocean's depths. This combination brings the island to her home with the feeling of being by the sea, even during the winter months.

Seashell and Nautical Accents: But it's not just about the colors – Bridgette goes all out with her decor details. Seashell ornaments delicately dangle on the tree, driftwood centerpieces mimic the picturesque Beer Can Island, and the nautical-inspired decor is sprinkled throughout Bridgette's home. These accents tie her love for the holidays with her love for the beach and ocean.

Every piece is strategically placed to be reminiscent of leisurely strolls along the shoreline, making every nook and cranny of her home a visual celebration of coastal charm.

Oceanic Flair: Bridgette doesn't stop at the tree; she extends her beachy theme to the dining table, where oceanic-themed napkins and tablescapes create a seaside dining experience.

The dining experience becomes a voyage of its own, where each element on the table carries the spirit of the sea, creating a holiday feast that feels like a coastal celebration.

Bridgette's home is not just a festive escape; it's a curated coastal retreat that makes every day feel like a beachside holiday.

The holiday season is a time for celebrating traditions and expressing personal style.

We're totally living for the vibes our designers bring to the table, and each style is evident in their interior design projects. From Jessica's timeless antique charm to Kiera's modern holiday decor, and Bridgette's beachy bash, our homes are slaying the holiday game.

We're all about individual flair, and this holiday season, our designers are serving it up on a silver platter. As you embark on decorating your own home, kick things off by lighting our holiday-scented candle and find inspiration in these holiday decorating ideas.

From all of us at HSH Collective Home and Design, we wish you a joyous and beautifully decorated holiday season.
